What We Do

Environmental contracting isn't a one-size-fits-all business. Every site is different—different soils, different slopes, different compliance requirements, different timelines. Central Seeding has the experience and the equipment to build a solution around what your project actually needs, not what's easiest to deploy.

Environmental Services

We work with state DOTs, pipeline operators, wind and solar developers, municipalities, ROW contractors, and private sector clients. Whether you're managing a large right-of-way corridor or responding to an erosion situation that needs a fast, compliant fix—this is what we do.

Erosion Control &
Stormwater Management

Erosion doesn't wait for a convenient time. We deploy the right combination of erosion control measures to protect your site from stormwater damage during and after construction—blankets, wattles, silt barriers, inlet protection, and more. Our work meets state and federal compliance standards across DOT, municipal, and private project types.

Hydroseeding

Hydroseeding is one of the most efficient methods for establishing vegetative cover on disturbed ground. We apply hydraulically mixed seed and mulch formulations calibrated to your site's soil type, climate zone, and project requirements. For large-scale applications, we have the equipment to cover significant acreage efficiently and uniformly.

Revegetation & Soil Restoration

Disturbed ground needs a plan for what comes after. Central Seeding manages the full revegetation process—from site assessment and species selection to seeding and stand establishment. We work with seed mixes appropriate for your region and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements, including DOT specifications and right-of-way standards.

Geosynthetics

Geosynthetics provide engineered reinforcement for slopes, channels, and other high-risk erosion areas where standard blankets aren't enough. We install erosion control blankets, turf reinforcement mats (TRMs), and other geosynthetic systems as part of comprehensive site stabilization plans.

Soil Preparation & Amendment

Strong revegetation starts with what's under the surface. We assess existing soil conditions, address compaction and nutrient deficiencies, and incorporate amendments that give vegetation a real shot at establishing. This is especially important on heavily disturbed sites—pipeline corridors, graded development pads, highway construction zones—where native topsoil has been removed or compromised.

Plantings

From native species installation to riparian buffer zones, Central Seeding handles targeted plantings as part of broader restoration and reclamation plans. We work with project engineers to identify appropriate species and installation methods for each site's conditions.

Our Fleet

The right machine changes everything. One of the things that separates Central Seeding from other operators: we run the right equipment for the job. Not the closest available machine—the one that's actually appropriate for what the site requires.

A well-matched piece of equipment increases production, reduces labor, and often delivers a better result than making something work that wasn't designed for it. Mike and Jake are both deeply experienced in the equipment world, and they've built a fleet of late-model machines maintained to the standard the work demands.

When Central Seeding shows up, the equipment is ready. So is the crew.
