Who We Are

Central Seeding was built on a straightforward idea:

do the work well,
communicate clearly,
and take care of the people who show up every day to make it happen.

Building the American Dream

The construction industry is one of the few places where the American Dream is still alive. Mike and Jake built this company from the ground up—not just a business, but an organization that carries real weight for the people working in it. Success isn't just measured in contracts won. It's knowing this work paid for somebody's kid's college, or helped a crew member get somewhere they couldn't get on their own.

Mike and Jake started this company because they genuinely love what they do—the crews, the equipment, and the kind of projects that don't fit neatly into a spec sheet and require real experience in the field. They've built a company that travels the central states doing environmental contracting work for some of the most demanding clients in the industry: state DOTs, federal agencies, pipeline operators, energy developers, and private sector contractors who need things done right and on time, every time.

about story

We build great people.

We're not just building projects. We're building careers. Hiring the right people and keeping them isn't a strategy for Central Seeding—it's a commitment. Our turnover rate is low because we invest in the people here. We want our crews to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow. Good people want to work somewhere that means something, and we're working every day to be that place.
